OPI’s is, at its core, an organization of highly-skilled and talented professionals. OPI Human Resources (HR) understands the unique importance of each of our employees and is therefore focused on making certain that OPI is not only able to attract the leading talent in the industry, but also to retain that talent. Recruiting is undoubtedly a large responsibility of our HR team, however, just as important is their work in training, employee development, international rotations, employee benefits, employee relations, and other HR related functions.

The HR team plays an important role in setting the tone for our corporate culture. We take great care in selecting only the highest-quality HR professionals who possess the necessary skills sets and who are able to fully embody OPI’s values. Most HR employees join us after having completed a degree, or related experience, in Human Resources. We look for professionals who we believe could offer creative, insightful solutions to managing our workforce, while maintaining fair, honest relationships with our employees.

As our employee population grows in numbers, so does our Human Resources team. This creates significant opportunity for HR professionals to grown within OPI. While a professional may join as an HR Associate or Executive, there is the chance to take on management responsibilities as a Team Lead, Manager, and eventually Vice President.
