OPI’s Internal Finance & Accounting team plays a critical role in managing the performance and growth of the company to ensure our continued solid financial foundation. Forecasts must reflect budgets and targets, accounts must be consolidated across global operations, liabilities and cash flow must be properly managed, and drivers of performance must be analyzed - all while keeping in full compliance with regulatory and risk requirements. There are a significant number of moving parts and pieces that are only further complicated by our ongoing expansion.
We apply our expertise in finance and accounting and make certain our own operations leverage leading F&A practices and forward-looking technologies. In a position within our Internal F&A team, you will be exposed to the full-range of F&A functions and will build your capabilities from transaction management on through to strategic financing.
F&A professionals generally join OPI with a degree in accounting, finance, or business, and hold a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) license. This technical training is supplemented with on-the-job learning as well as ongoing training and education. Every professional, regardless of level, is expected to bring meticulous attention to detail and strong ethical behavior. With these competencies and skills, you can excel within the team and take on additional special project and team management responsibilities.
