While the programs differ for each of our global locations, below are some of the offerings for continuous learning at OPI:
- Self-Assessment Tools & Training - Many talented professionals are unaware of their professional strengths and challenges. OPI offers workshops and tools that help to assess performance, promote self-awareness, and offer guidance around goal-setting efforts.
- Functional / Technical Training - In addition to new hire training, we also offer project-specific and annual training programs. Training topics are tailored to each professional’s capabilities and can include finance & accounting, analytics, technology, and quality related topics.
- Ongoing Education and Certification Programs - OPI supports the ongoing education of its professionals and offers a number of programs from tuition reimbursement to sponsorship of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants’ (CIMA) finance and accounting professional qualification program.
- Leadership Training - Being an effective manager requires a number of behavioral soft-skills that are not usually taught in school. To help our professionals grow into leaders we offer organizational training around such topics as communication, team building, presentation skills, and employee mentoring.
