Third parties are prohibited from using the Outsource Partners International logo or globe logo without the written permission of Outsource Partners International.
Use of Trademarks
The first mention of the trademark should include the ® registration symbol. Subsequent references of the service/product do not require use of the registration symbol. The trademarked phrases should not be altered in any way and the first letter of each word in the trademark should always be capitalized. The trademarked service/product should always be referred to as adjective. It should never be used as a noun or verb, or in the possessive.
Correct usage: Delivery professionals employed the 90-Day Challenge® methodology to bring about process improvements.
Incorrect usage: Benefits of the 90-day challenge® amounted to considerable cost savings.
