Clarence T. Schmitz has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Outsource Partners International since 2002. He has extensive Finance and Accounting experience and an established track record in building and operating professional service businesses. In addition, his background includes considerable expertise in M&A and private equity transactions.

He was a co-founder of Golenberg Schmitz Capital Partners, a Los Angeles merchant banking firm that focused on early stage businesses and technologies with investments and strategic counsel.

From 1995 to 2000, he served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Jefferies Group, Inc. He also was a Director of Jefferies & Company, Inc. and chaired the credit committee. His responsibilities also included serving on the executive committee and the underwriting approval committee.

His career includes 25 years with KPMG, with numerous leadership positions in the United States and overseas, as well as serving on the board of directors and the management committee. Among his many responsibilities at KPMG, he was national Managing Partner of the Manufacturing, Retailing and Distribution line of business and chaired the International Manufacturing Committee from 1993-95. He was Managing Partner of the Los Angeles Business Unit from 1990-93, and Chairman of KPMG's International M&A Consulting Group from 1987-90.

He has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Case Western Reserve University and was elected Alumnus of the Year. He is actively involved in civic activities, including having served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the National Childhood Cancer Foundation.

Based in New York, Kishore Mirchandani is President of Outsource Partners International and one of the founders of the company. He has more than 25 years of Finance and Accounting experience, which includes serving as Chief Financial Officer of a multinational apparel and textile company and as a partner with a large public accounting firm. He was a partner with MLZ Partners LLP, a Manhattan based accounting and management consulting firm, and also served with Deloitte & Touché, London.

He is a recognized expert on international trade issues and taxation, frequently speaking at international conferences on these topics.

He is an active member of American Institute of CPAs and the New York Society of CPAs.

Kishore has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Chemistry from City University, London (UK), and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales.

Glen Baker is Chief Information Officer of Outsource Partners International and is based in New York, New York. He has over 15 years of experience in technology and business process management. He serves as the chief architect of OPI's technology, security infrastructure, and client support channels. Glen has spent the last 9 years involved in offshore outsourcing, developing, supporting and enhancing IT infrastructure.

Glen is one of the founding members of OPI. Prior to OPI, Glen worked at a large New Jersey based systems integration firm, where he was Vice President of Service. Prior to that, Glen served as lead product architect for a multimedia ASP, designing, developing and deploying a large scale web based application, developed offshore.

Glen is an active leader and Committee Chairman for the Boy Scouts of America. In addition, he is a Captain of Maxfield Hose & Engine Co. 1 and a member of the Firefighter Assistance and Search Team.

Terry Balzanella is a Managing Director at Outsource Partners International. He is based in OPI's London, UK office and is responsible for OPI's service delivery and client management across Europe.

Terry brings over thirty years of experience developing and leading all aspects of finance and accounting operations - from procurement, to outsourcing, to budgeting, to regulatory risk management. As European Director of Finance for Belkin Components Ltd for the last thirteen years, Terry was instrumental in building out the finance, accounting, and operations infrastructure to drive and manage the expansion of the business across Europe. Prior to joining Belkin, Terry leveraged his experience as a Consultant, advising a number of UK and multinational companies on strategic financial and operational topics. Previously, Terry held a number of senior finance and operations positions at Marden Kane Marketing Group, FPS Field Marketing, CanOcean, and Brown & Root.

Judith Coufal is the Executive Director of Outsource Partners International EAD, Bulgaria. Judith has been actively involved in OPI Bulgaria since the inception and initial setup of the service delivery units. She has successfully established OPI's global corporate culture which incorporates strong offshore process management methodologies from OPI India.

In addition to her current responsibility as country controller for Bulgaria she is responsible for the migration of client work to OPI’s Bulgaria service centers, as well as related client management. Prior to joining OPI in 2003, Judith worked for KPMG where she was a member of the Business Process Outsourcing Practice.

Judith holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas, Houston (TX).

George F. Evans is a Managing Director at Outsource Partners International. He is based in New York, New York and has national responsibility for OPI's Business Development and Sales efforts.

George has 25 years of experience in the Financial Services industry. Prior to joining OPI, George was the Executive Vice President of Business Development for the BISYS Corporation - a large provider of Mutual Fund - 401k - Private Equity - and Hedge Fund outsourcing. George spent close to 10 years with JP Morgan/Chase as a Senior Vice President and part of the Management Team of the Investor Services Group - focused on Business Development in the US - Europe - APAC for Institutional Asset Managers. Previous experience includes senior management positions at Bankers Trust Corporation and the Prudential Insurance Company of America. George has been actively involved in outsourcing/offshoring for the last 15 years.

George holds a BS degree from the University of Scranton. He is a member of numerous professional organizations including the University of Scranton President's Business Council and the Readington Township NJ Educational Foundation. George is also a regular speaker at industry events and forums.

Reid A. Evers is General Counsel at Outsource Partners International and is based at OPI's Los Angeles, California office.

Reid has more than 30 years of legal counsel experience across a diverse range of subjects including corporate structure, contracts, securities law, tax law, labor law, intellectual property law, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and marketing law. Prior to joining OPI, Reid led his own private law practice which focused on corporate legal matters. Before that, he spent 27 years at Transamerica/AEGON N.V. where he served as Divisional General Counsel and Senior Vice President.

Reid holds a Bachelor of Arts from Boston University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California School of Law.

Bryan MacQuarrie is a Managing Director at Outsource Partners International. He is based in OPI's Los Angeles, California office and is responsible for client relationship management and service delivery at select clients.

Bryan has been with OPI since its formation in 2002 and specializes in transition management. He has successfully migrated and managed client projects across a range of industries, including professional services, financial services and high technology. Before joining OPI, Bryan worked at KPMG where he was a member of the Business Process Outsourcing practice.

Bryan holds a Bachelor's degree from University of California, Berkeley and a Masters of Business Administration in Information Technology Management from the University of California, Irvine.

Brad Prock is a Managing Director at Outsource Partners International and is responsible for oversight of OPI's Accounting Service Center in Dallas, Texas.

Brad brings over twelve years of outsourcing experience to OPI. Most recently, he was a Vice President at Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (ACS), where he had regional responsibility for relationship management in the Commercial Services Division. Prior to ACS, Brad worked with the Southland Corporation, where he managed outsourcing contracts from a client perspective. In addition to his outsourcing experience, Brad has held IT and Finance and Accounting management positions for the Southland Corporation and the JCPenney Company.

A native of Texas, Brad is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Economics.

Vince Sparrow is a Senior Managing Director at Outsource Partners International and is based in Chicago, Illinois. He has more than 23 years of experience in financial management and auditing. Prior to OPI, Vince was a partner with KPMG, where he served as Partner-in-Charge of the BPO practice for the Midwest Region. Prior to KPMG, he was a partner with Arthur Andersen and one of the pioneers in Andersen's BPO practice, which was established in 1990.

Vince has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Michigan.

Vince is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Illinois CPA Society, Financial Executives International (FEI), and the Association of Financial Professionals. He serves on the board of and as Treasurer to the Gorton Community Center and as a board member and Program Committee Chairman for the Chicago Chapter of FEI.

Vince has previously served on the boards of the Lake Forest Symphony and the National Runaway Switchboard.
